Custom Training Programs
Velaris consultants can tailor training to the unique requirements of each organization. Once needs and objectives are finalized with a client, custom courses are developed and delivered, affording students learning experiences directly applicable to their jobs.
Velaris uses standard training materials as a baseline and then customizes the labs and exercises to incorporate client-specific data. This makes the training extremely relevant to the end-users. Custom classes are delivered at the client's designated training facility and require 1-2 weeks of assessment and preparation to modify the materials prior to classroom delivery.
Quick-Start Programs
Velaris offers Quick-Start training and mentoring for immediate results when BI solutions are first implemented. A Velaris consultant will work directly with a small group of client resources during project delivery for a period of 8 to 12 weeks. The objective is to have trained, experienced resources available in-house when the new BI solution is ready for use. This provides for greater end-user adoption and faster time-to-value.
Custom Workshops
Velaris' short, economical workshops expedite a client's understanding of how to use BI software against specific database applications and environments. Workshops are tailored to a client's unique needs and provide for expedited acceptance of new BI capabilities.
