Higher Ed Insight takes disparate data and transforms it into information to make mission critical decisions. Through the use of scorecards, dashboards, reports and drill-to-detail users have consolidated information at their fingertips.
Workforce Insight is the industry's first and most advanced Workforce Analytics Solution. Workforce Insight enables HR and business leaders to analyze the impact of human capital decisions on business outcomes. The system provides information for Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Demographic Analysis, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Total Rewards, and more.
Velaris has two versions of the Higher Ed Insight and Workforce Insight. The On-Demand version offers customers a feature rich system with fast deployment and low entry costs in a hosted environment. The Foundation version offers the same feature rich system but more flexibility because it's running in your environment.
